Lauren DePietro
LADC
Lauren completed a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with over 15 years of experience working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health field. Lauren is dedicated to working with those who desire change and want to live a better life. Working together, she applies her experience and knowledge to help those with a desire to grow and empower clients to make better choices and recognize their potential.
She has a passion and significant experience working with those who suffer with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, work challenges, and life transitions. Lauren utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and is DBT certified.
Lauren creates a safe, confidential, and supportive environment, and truly enjoys the work she does. She believes in establishing achievable goals together with clients to initiate positive change towards wellness and recovery. Sarah Giannamore
LADC
Sarah is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with nine years of experience working in the fields of addiction and mental health. She obtains Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling and has experience working in residential treatment centers, opioid treatment programs, and IOP. Since 2018, she has worked primarily with individuals ages 14 and up who struggle with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, in both outpatient and private practice settings.
Sarah believes in providing a safe environment for clients to challenge self-defeating attitudes and behaviors without fear of judgment. She understands that the path to recovery is often blocked by feelings of guilt, shame, and self-doubt, and she is committed to providing each client with the tools necessary for coping healthily with difficult emotions.
Sarah uses an integrated approach to treating addiction, depression, anxiety, and other trauma and stress related disorders by utilizing models including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and group therapy. As of 2022, she is DBT-informed and is earning hours toward DBT certification. Alizah Markette
LPC
Alizah is a Licensed Professional Counselor with approximately 6 years of experience within the mental health field. She is trained in EMDR which is a powerful therapeutic approach to treat recent or chronic concerns related to trauma or stress. Utilizing, EMDR explores the connection between mind, body, and heart. Alizah understands it’s difficult to function everyday with an underlying feeling as if something is preventing you from being your most authentic self. Samantha D'Auria

Samantha D’Auria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9 years of experience providing intensive therapy services. She utilizes a strength-based approach to help clients identify and meet their life goals. Samantha has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with a variety of mental health concerns.
The majority of her experience in the field has been with youth ages 9-18 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors, school truancy, oppositional defiance, low self-esteem, and trauma. Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with seven years of clinical experience providing specialized support to children, adolescents, and young adults. Heather Osterberg-Aloi is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and over 20 years of counseling experience. She has a strong desire to work with college-aged students, young adults, and military personnel, providing a safe and supportive space for processing challenges and fostering growth. Heather is also certified in Clinical Supervision, allowing her to mentor and support counselors in their professional development.

Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and obtained a master’s degree in Community Psychology from the University of New Haven in 2012. Rene Carfi,

Peter Rogers

Peter completed a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and has over 10 years’ experience working in the field of mental health. Peter has experience working in community mental health centers with people struggling with various mental health issues. Most recently, he has worked in an intensive outpatient program at a local hospital in Hartford. Peter has experience with co-occurring disorders, helping others work toward sobriety and mental health stability.
